In Vietnam, no one begins a day’s work without a glass of Ca Phe Sua.  Infused with Vietnamese espresso shots and smooth organic condensed milk, Sôcôla’s Ca Phe Sua truffle will help kick-start any morning.

GIVE IT TO ME GUAVA
Inspired by our Cuba travels, this truffle is made with a fresh guava puree reduced to a guava pate de fruit.  Layered with our dark chocolate ganache, this fruity pleasure continues to please and please and please.

JASMINE TEA
Our grandmother's favorite scent.  A flowery and pleasing truffle, the  hints of jasmine are soothing and subtle.

SRIRACHA FLYING ROOSTER
Savory chili and roasted garlic in every bite.  The famous rooster sauce has the kick to make any rooster crow.

MASALA CHAI
A beautiful blend of Assam tea with warm spices of cardamom, cloves, black peppercorn and cinnamon.

DURIAN 
Considered a delicacy in Vietnam, the durian is filled with a pastel-yellow pulp that is creamy and sweet as custard, with notes of cantaloupe and wildflowers.  Sôcôla prepares its ganache with fresh, tropical durian folds, creating a truffle as unique as the fruit.

LYCHEE
A crowd favorite.   With a sweet and full body, the lychee is an energizing and fruity truffle.

PASSIONFRUIT MANGO
