CA PHE SUA
In Vietnam, no one begins a day’s work without a glass of Ca Phe Sua. Infused with Vietnamese espresso shots and smooth organic condensed milk, our Ca Phe Sua truffle is the sweetest start to any morning.

BURNT BABY BURNT
Bite into this baby and savor the burnt caramel aroma, topped a sprinkle of red Hawaiian sea salt. Sweet, salty, bitter -- Sôcôla's rendition on the burnt caramel is the gift that keeps on giving.

SALTY CHEWY CARAMEL
Hand made caramels cooked with fresh cream, butter, granulated cane sugar, vanilla bean and fleur de sel. The caramel, cooked to a precise temperature for optimal chewiness, is enrobed in 72% dark chocolate and garnished with sea salt.

PECAN TOFFEE (seasonal)
Our luscious, house-made toffee is combined with toasted pecans and 61% dark chocolate, then piped into dark chocolate geodesic shells. The result is a beautifully shaped, nutty confection that will have you coming back for more.

PUMPKIN BURNT CARAMEL (seasonal)
Pop this in your mouth and savor notes of cardamom, ginger, and cloves -- just like a slice of pumpkin pie. Garnished with a sprinkle of sea salt, our Pumpkin Burnt Caramel is a fall favorite.

HAZELNUT PRALINE (seasonal)
This truffle is for the grown-ups who used to sneak a spoonful out of the Nutella jar… or the kids who still do. A creamy blend of hazelnut and milk chocolate makes this an instant winter comfort favorite.

DEEPLY DARK
Our classic, dark chocolate truffle, made with 72% dark chocolate, fresh cream and butter. All of our ingredients are organic and locally sourced so that each truffle we present to you is made with quality and love.
CURIOSITIES

DANGEROUS DURIAN (seasonal)
Considered a delicacy in Vietnam, the durian is filled with a pastel-yellow pulp that is creamy and sweet as custard, with notes of cantaloupe and wildflowers. Sôcôla prepares its ganache with fresh, tropical durian folds, creating a truffle as unique as the fruit.

FRESH MINT
This sweet treat is made with freshly-plucked garden mint infused into organic, locally sourced cream. The end result is a minty, dark chocolate truffle that tingle your taste buds and have you coming back for more.

STOUT BEER
A beer after work, or a bit of chocolate? Why choose when you can have both? Our stout beer truffle is infused with Guinness Stout. It is a match made in heaven: a dark-chocolate ganache with just a swig of stout in every bite. The nitrogen from the beer creates a smooth, velvety texture, and the bitterness of the hops complements the chocolate perfectly.

SRIRACHA FLYING ROOSTER
Sriracha Hot Sauce has the kick to make any rooster crow, and we’ve incorporated it into this unique, spicy truffle. Savory chili and roasted garlic in every bite, and every bite bites back.

VEGAN KHEER
A truffle inspired by our favorite Indian dessert. Our version consists of coconut milk, pistachios, cardamom, raisins, almonds, and dark chocolate -- oh my! Last but not least, this little confection is vegan-friendly.

BOURBON
Our classic dark chocolate truffle infused with Bulleit Burbon. Our bourbon truffle is a little bitter, a little boozy, and very sweet and scrumptious.
FRUITY FANFARE

GIVE IT TO ME GUAVA
Inspired by our travels in Cuba, this truffle is made with a fresh guava puree reduced to a guava pate de fruit. Layered with our dark chocolate ganache, this fruity pleasure gives and gives the longer you savor it.

HOT LAVA
We've never seen hot lava up close, but we like to imagine that it tastes just like this truffle does - fruity, tart, and rich. A succulent raspberry pate de fruit atop a layer of champagne ganache, our Hot Lava truffle is sure to delight.

PASSION FRUIT VANILLA BEAN
The colors on the outside of this truffle are as bright and vibrant as the tastes inside. The filling is a scrumptious passionfruit ganache with a kiss of vanilla bean and white chocolate. Robed with dark chocolate, this truffle is tart, creamy, and a firework of flavor in your mouth.

PB&J
A strawberry pate de fruit layered with peanut butter ganache is inspired by -- you guessed it -- the classic PB&J. Peanut butter and strawberry in one bite, this truffle brings out the little kid in all of us.

We make our Luscious Lychees with a puree of the delicious, tropical fruit. Reduced to a lychee pate de fruit and paired with a dark chocolate ganache, get your tastebuds ready for an international vacation.

DUCHESS OF EARL
Wendy's favorite tea in one bite. An earthy appeal and an elevated flavor, the Earl Grey is a perfect complement to afternoon tea with the ladies. Or, well, anyone who likes Earl Grey.

JASMINE TEA
Our grandmother's favorite scent. A flowery and pleasing truffle, the hints of jasmine are soothing and subtle. One bite into this reveals the scent a jasmine flower in bloom.

MASALA CHAI
A beautiful blend of Assam tea with warm spices of cardamom, cloves, black peppercorn and cinnamon. The plentitude of spices add a unique depth to the ganache. It’s like a long, satisfying sip from a cup of chai.
