CA PHE SUA
In Vietnam, no one begins a day’s work without a glass of Ca Phe Sua. Infused with Vietnamese espresso shots and smooth organic condensed milk, Sôcôla’s Ca Phe Sua truffle will help kick-start any morning.

BURNT BABY BURNT
Sôcôla’s rendition on the burnt caramel. Bite into this baby and the burnt caramel aroma swirls in your mouth. Coupled with the red Hawaiian sea salt, Burnt Baby Burnt cannot be shared.

SALTY CHEWY CARAMEL
Salty Chewy caramels are delicious hand made caramels cooked with fresh cream from Straus Creamery, butter, granulated cane sugar, vanilla bean and fleur de sel. The caramel is cooked to a precise temperature to get just the right texture and is then enrobed in 72% dark chocolate and garnished with sea salt.

PECAN TOFFEE (seasonal)
Fresh toffee is made with loads of butter and combined with toasted pecans and 61% dark chocolate and piped into dark chocolate geodesic shells.

PUMPKIN BURNT CARAMEL (seasonal)
A fall favorite. Like pumpkin pie, this truffle has hints of cardamom, ginger, cloves and a touch of sea salt. All it needs now is whipped cream.


HAZELNUT PRALINE (seasonal)
A creamy blend of hazelnut and milk chocolate - a winter comfort favorite.


DEEPLY DARK
Our classic truffle sans additional flavors made with 72% dark chocolate, fresh cream and butter.
 

CURIOSITIES


DANGEROUS DURIAN (seasonal)
Considered a delicacy in Vietnam, the durian is filled with a pastel-yellow pulp that is creamy and sweet as custard, with notes of cantaloupe and wildflowers. Sôcôla prepares its ganache with fresh, tropical durian folds, creating a truffle as unique as the fruit.

FRESH MINT
Fresh mint is infused into cream and then strained to make a dark chocolate truffle. Tastes of garden mint freshly plucked.

STOUT BEER
A beer after work, or a bit of chocolate? Why choose when you can have both? Our stout beer truffle is infused with Guinness Stout. It is a match made in heaven: a dark-chocolate ganache with just a swig of stout in every bite. The nitrogen from the beer creates a smooth, velvety texture, and the bitterness of the hops complements the chocolate perfectly.

NOTORIOUS H.O.G. (seasonal)
Bacon’s not just for breakfast. Prepared with savory, applewood smoked bacon, our bacon truffle is best with a glass of Syrah and bowl of Cassoulet. Garnished with a smoky chipotle sea salt, the H.O.G. will leave you craving seconds. And maybe thirds.

SRIRACHA FLYING ROOSTER
Savory chili and roasted garlic in every bite. The famous rooster sauce has the kick to make any rooster crow.

VEGAN KHEER
A truffle inspired by our favorite Indian dessert made with coconut milk, pistachios, cardamom, raisins and almonds and dark chocolate.

Inspired by our Cuba travels, this truffle is made with a fresh guava puree reduced to a guava pate de fruit. Layered with our dark chocolate ganache, this fruity pleasure continues to please and please and please.
