Each truffle is handcrafted in San Francisco and infused with teas served at the beloved Yank Sing restaurant. Delicate, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, this collection brings together two beloved Bay Area makers in one thoughtful, delicious moment.

Inside you’ll find three tea-forward flavors:

🍯 Chrysanthemum Honey – Floral and gently sweet, like a warm cup shared around a family table. Smooth dark chocolate ganache perfumed with chrysanthemum blossoms and a kiss of honey.

🍵 Pu’erh – Deep, earthy, and meditative. A pate de fruit infused with aged pu’erh tea for a bold, grounding finish — enrobed in dark chocolate.

🌿 Jasmine – Soft and aromatic with a springlike lift. Jasmine tea infused into dark chocolate for a graceful balance of floral fragrance and silky cacao.

Crafted for dim sum lovers, tea drinkers, and anyone who savors flavor with intention.

Ingredients: dark chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), Straus Creamery cream, butter, granulated cane sugar,  jasmine tea, pu'er tea, chrysanthemum tea, natural fruit pectin, invert sugar, edible art (hydrogenated palm kernel oil, soy lecithin. contains 2% or less of FD&C colors, carmine, titanium dioxide).  Allergens: milk, soy.

All items are made in a facility that processes soy, sesame, wheat, milk, peanuts, and tree nuts.
