Custom-order minimums and timing
Custom logo work currently requires a minimum chocolate order of $1,000. Artwork fees start at $190 and are separate from product, shipping, and rush charges. Plan for approximately four weeks whenever possible. Exact pricing depends on quantity, packaging, artwork, and timing.

What artwork format should we provide?
Vector artwork is preferred when available. High-resolution files may also work. We’ll review your file before confirming production.
Can every chocolate have a different image?
Possibilities depend on the box, quantity, and artwork. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll recommend an approach.
Is there a setup or artwork fee?
Yes. Custom artwork fees currently start at $190 and are priced separately from the chocolate order.
What is the minimum custom order?
The current minimum chocolate order for custom work is $1,000.
