Our Catalyst Collection features flavors evocative of our motherland, Vietnam, selected by Catalyst Foundation founder Caroline Nguyen Ticarro. We're so proud to be able to be in community with this amazing organization, which provides vital support to programs that provide access to education, increase economic opportunities and promote empowerment to children and families in Vietnam.
10% of sales on every Catalyst Collection box will be donated to the Catalyst Foundation.
Flavors:
- Cà Phê Sữa (Vietnamese Coffee) – strong Vietnamese coffee with a kiss of condensed milk, garnished with aromatic chicory coffee grounds
- Guava – Guava pâte de fruit layered with our signature bittersweet ganache
- Jasmine Tea – Hand-picked fragrant jasmine tea mixed in dark chocolate ganache
- Passion Fruit Vanilla Bean – tart passion fruit with a kiss of vanilla bean and white chocolate
Made Fresh, Best Enjoyed Fresh
Our chocolates are handcrafted in small batches without preservatives and are best enjoyed within approximately 4 weeks of production. We ship chocolates with at least 2 weeks remaining on their Best If Used By date. If you're ordering for a birthday, event, or future gift date, please let us know your preferred delivery date at checkout and we'll do our best to time your shipment accordingly.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), white chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, full milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla, cream, butter, granulated cane sugar, condensed milk, Chicory coffee, guava puree, passion fruit puree, jasmine tea, natural fruit pectin, invert sugar, granulated cane sugar, and edible Art (hydrogenated palm kernel oil, soy lecithin, and contains 2% or less of the FD&C colors (TiO2, Yellow 5&6, Blue 1&2, Red 40) carmine, titanium dioxide). Contains milk.
Made in a facility that processes soy, sesame, wheat, milk, peanuts and tree nuts.
