Flying Harriets are toasted pecans, encased in our fresh vanilla bean caramel that are hand cut and dipped in 72% dark chocolate.  The Salty Chewy caramel portion are delicious hand made caramels cooked with fresh cream from Straus Creamery, butter, granulated cane sugar, vanilla bean and fleur de sel.  

Four (4) Flying Harriets are included in each pack. 

Ingredients: Granulated cane sugar, pecans, dark chocolate, cream, butter, vanilla bean, fleur de sel sea salt, edible art (hydrogenated palm kernel oil, soy lecithin, and contains 2% or less of the FD&C colors (TiO2, Yellow 5&6, Blue 1&2, Red 40) carmine, titanium dioxide). Contains milk, pecans.
