Inspired by the green mangos dipped in that addictive spicy-sweet fish sauce concoction, we created Mango Chấm: dried mango dipped in dark chocolate and garnished with chili flakes and fish-sauce-infused salt from Red Boat. Still just as addictive with a Socola twist.

Ingredients: dried mango (mangoes, sugar, citric acid, and sodium metabisulphite), dark chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), Red Boat fish sauce salt, chili flakes. Contains fish sauce.

Made in a facility that processes soy, sesame, wheat, milk, peanuts and tree nuts.

Store in a cool (65°–70° F) and dry place out of sunlight.
